"I am leaving this review to say that I wasn’t set up for auto payment so I totally switched my car insurance to a different company since it was WAY cheaper for our 2 cars but kept my life insurance with Statefarm. Anyhow I missed a few payments and Lisa from this location helped me so much constantly checking on updates from underwriting team and keeping me posted. She helped me get it reinstated, god bless her! She is so helpful and kind. I LOVE Statefarm and they are so amazing, they used to send me birthday cards and a text a few years back which made me connect with them on a personal level and truly value them. But unfortunately money is tight so I did switch auto insurance companies to help save me some money. Thank you for all y’all do and HUGE shoutout and thank you to Lisa"
